Elinext’s Measure Builder Project
The healthcare industry is increasingly grappling with vast amounts of data, and at Elinext, we believe that advanced software development technologies can revolutionize healthcare excellence and personalized patient care. Our innovative project, the Measure Builder, aims to address these challenges by providing a comprehensive analytics platform for medical data.
Innovative Healthcare Analytics
Elinext has developed the Measure Builder, a cutting-edge platform designed to operate and analyze medical data from various healthcare providers. This tool seamlessly integrates with any Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, enhancing the capabilities of healthcare analytics.
Collaborating closely with a U.S. customer renowned for their expertise in population health management and accountable care, Elinext’s project team, guided by a European project manager based in Minsk and comprising developers in Vietnam, has been dedicated to overcoming significant healthcare challenges. These include increasing reporting requirements and a surge in data volumes, all aimed at elevating medical care standards.
Mr. Gennady Sergeenko, Elinext’s project manager, emphasizes that the Measure Builder Project is a testament to effective teamwork and collaboration with client-side technical specialists. The developers feel a heightened responsibility, given that they are working with a start-up company.
Centralized Data Access and Analytics
The Measure Builder consolidates medical data from multiple sources into a single product, allowing healthcare providers to effectively analyze patient-level Gaps In Care. By presenting a unified view through a centralized dashboard, the platform enhances decision-making processes.
Technically, the Measure Builder utilizes efficient ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and a robust EDW (Enterprise Data Warehouse), facilitating proactive outreach and ensuring accurate treatment prescriptions based on medical research. Importantly, the platform is user-friendly, enabling non-IT specialists to navigate it with ease.
Business users can create quality measures such as PQRS (Physician Quality Reporting System) and ACO (Accountable Care Organization), while also filtering patients by appointment date, location, provider name, or measure. This functionality allows users to focus on high-risk patients through the John Hopkins ACG risk stratification model.
Deep Analytics and User Experience
At the heart of the Measure Builder is its advanced analytics capability. The analysis dashboard empowers users to identify measures or providers needing attention, ultimately addressing the core issues in patient care.
Moreover, the Measure Builder features an intuitive user interface that significantly enhances user experience and productivity. Mr. Kurt Lueck notes, “The Elinext team took good ideas that were on paper and made them come to life.” Positive feedback during client demonstrations has frequently highlighted the exceptional user interface.
Valuable Insights and Effective Communication
The Measure Builder project has not only provided significant value to the customer but has also enriched Elinext’s expertise in big data processing, Master Data Management (MDM), and complex multi-component systems. Mr. Sergeenko expresses gratitude for the customer’s cooperation and timely feedback, which have been instrumental in the project’s success.
Effective communication between both parties has been crucial in driving the project forward. By adhering to their principle of creating tailor-made software solutions, Elinext’s Vietnam-based developers engage with the customer daily. This direct communication allows for a swift understanding of client concepts and rapid turnarounds, resulting in a highly effective product.
